Rui Lopes

Rui Lopes is currently a final year Bachelor of Laws (LLB) student at the University of the Witwatersrand and is a Student Counsellor at the Wits Law Clinic’s Labour Unit. Rui has tutored Introduction to Law and Criminal Law at the University of the Witwatersrand and subsequently headed the Business Enterprise Tutorials for 2015. Rui is a United Nations and Amnesty International Volunteer and is both a committee member for the International Bar Association’s Human Rights Institute (IBAHRI) and and a Law Students’ cummittee member for the International Bar Association.
Rui has written various articles on leading blogs such as African Antitrust, African Antifraud and SA Commercial Law before starting iGazette.net

Allen West is the author of various books on the topic of conveyancing and has written over 100 articles in leading law journals and the Ghost Digest. Allen also served on the Sectional Title Regulation Board, the Deeds Registries Regulation Board, and Conference of Registrars. Allen was the editor of the South African Deeds Journal, since its inception until 2014.

Clifford Smith has completed academic programs in many field which include law, writing and the health sciences. He also served in the military in the United States, where he currently resides and is renowned for writing for International Criminal Law Groups.
